Pitch proposal for a lot in Almere,
participation as de+ge architecten (Ljubo Georgiev+Simon de Jong)
CITY LIFE is a proposal by de+ge architecten for the H3 plot in Homeruskwartier Centrum in Almere. This urban development is characterized by the realisation of building blocks, commissioned directly by their future inhabitants. The various separate clients get united in Bouwgroepen (building groups) and the architect works with the group as a whole. The design is based on an idea of innovative, sustainable and affordable housing where the residents will actively participate in the creation of their living unit. The goal of de+ge architecten is to combine the various individual housing requirements in a congruent, enjoyable and sustainable project.
